Oh man, it's our first look at Halo 5, everyone! Okay, to be fair, the technology in this video piece along with the rest of the reporting is far more interesting than the existence of Halo 5. It hasn't been announced officially, but we already knew something was coming, right? Still, for rabid Halo fans, even this tiniest morsel should get their hearts racing.

Looks like Microsoft wants to put Halo on an annual release schedule.

My guess is that Microsoft is trolling for fan-boy hype... There isn't even a Halo 4 yet! (Reach is a prequel...)... Kinda like in the movie The Island they had XBox 720...

Well, we all knew this was a possibility. If my memory serves me correctly, Bungie didn't say there would never be another Halo game after Reach, just that Reach was their final Halo game. If this is indeed true and there is another Halo game coming, let's see if the company that makes it can live up to what Bungie has done.

Forgive my asking, but what happened to Halo 4? Now, don't count Halo Reach, because that's a prequel and doesn't even include Spartan 117. For there to be a Halo 5, we need to have a Halo 4 with Spartan 117.

You know how project codenames go. My guess, if this actually is real, that they are just using Halo 5 as that.

No. Doesn't count. Let me rephrase. In order for there to be a Halo 5 with, I'm assuming, the player playing as Spartan 117, there must be a Halo 4 with the player as Spartan 117.

Though, points for posting that. Now I don't have to do it!
